THE BRAZILIAN INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL (BIIFF) is an annual film festival that celebrates the art of filmmaking on an international stage. This unique and inclusive event will be held in Dublin, Ireland, organized by STUDIOS NMP, bringing together filmmakers from all around the world. BIIFF aims to showcase global talent in cinematography, providing a platform for both emerging and established filmmakers to share their work and exchange creative ideas. The festival will embrace diversity, cultural richness, and ethical storytelling, fostering a vibrant global film community.

BIIFF was created by Nina Mendes, with the intention of expanding talent in all areas of cinematography worldwide, allowing both amateur and professional filmmakers to have a space to develop and showcase their work, without the excessive costs that the cinematographic industry demands in many countries.

Both, mobile movies, short films and feature films are eligible.
Films in any language are accepted, as long as they include English subtitles.

    Chegamos em 2026, mas ainda sem nenhuma resposta que seja as minhas tentativas de entrar em contato via email ou redes sociais.

    O festival tem tudo para ser uma ótima experiência, a responsabilidade de disseminar a cultura de um país no exterior e joga isso fora.

    Nessa edição, não parece ser algo confiável, para uma próxima edição lhes indico desconfiarem antes de se inscreverem.

    We've reached 2026, but there's still no response to any of my attempts to make contact via email or social media.

    The festival has all the makings of a great experience, carrying the responsibility of disseminating a country's culture abroad, and it's throwing that away.

    This edition does not seem trustworthy. For a future edition, I recommend you be cautious before registering.
