This is a great festival highlighting black women in film. Given the circumstances around the pandemic the organizers did a great job going virtual. The programming and production was top quality and it has potential to be like a "Black Star" for black women as it grows. Loved the visuals. Also organization and communication were great and I hope to screen again in the future.

  • We had a superb time in this festival!

This was the first for Sweet Rind but with the high level of communication/responsiveness and assistance from Black Femme Supremacy FF, we didn't feel like newcomers. Even after the festival ended, resources and opportunities for development as filmmakers were still sent our way.

We highly recommend this festival and it will always have a special place in our hearts. When we collect our first award, BFSFF will be on our gratitude list!

    Love and Legacy,
