Bhupendra Deshmukh is a Promotor and Director of Dream Castle Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. , venturing in to small budget films, web series and television serials. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai and a post graduate diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Management Institute, Mumbai. He also done specialisation in corporate finance from Indian Institute of Management ,(IIM) Ahmedabad. He worked as a CFO for Indian Multinational group ORIND.

In filed of ART he started his theatre career with the renowned theatre & film personality Late Pt. Satyadev Dubey and he did significant work in Marathi and Hindi Theatre for considerable period. He formed his own theatre group ALAAP in 1992 and produced and directed many plays including ‘Dumb Waiter’ by Harold Pinter, ‘Bambai ke Kauve’ (Crows from Mumbai) by Shafaat Khan, ‘Pratibimb’ (Reflection) written by Mahesh Elkunchwar (Hindi/Marathi), ‘ Grips Play ‘Main Bhi Superman’(Stronger than Superman) and Shakespearean play ‘ Basant ki raat ‘ (Midsummer Night’s Dream). He also written & directed few short plays. As a director and producer his work has been appreciated by many renowned theatre personalities, critics and press.

He is Life Member of Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association. He has completed Screenwriting Course conducted by Film Institute of India , Pune. He also attended many film making and technical workshops.

He has written and directed his first Hindi short film “ KULSOOM” (Duration : About 27 Minutes) ( 2018)

He has worked as creative director and associate director for the short film ‘The Lonely Man’ directed by Ms. Archana Kelkar Deshmukh (2017)

He has worked as an associte and creative director for “Pratichaya” hindi feature film directed by Mukesh Jadhav ( 2016-17)

He has worked as creative director, concept developer and as a writer for television for Star India and Disney India for our Dream Castle Entertainment’s projects. (2015-16)
