Berk Ali Çekmez was born in 30 November 1999, in İstanbul, Turkey. In 2017, he started to study Cinema and Television at Bahçeşehir University. For his school projects he made two short film called “Imperfect” and “Debt”. These two films competed as finalists and semi-finalists in 14 different festivals. He recently directed a short film called “And He Scores!”. Currently, he is working as an assistant director on various projects.
