Huabendu(Bangbang Hua) was born in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province in 1983.
His profound movie analysis and directing experiences are originated from his childhood movie dream,and Huabendu is greatly influenced by the horror movies from the 70’s to the 90’s.
2007 Made his first short film “Sleepwalking”.
2011 A short production " All That You Love Will Be Carried Away".
In 2012 as the deputy director of the werewolf horror film “The night of Full moon”
2014 Initiated and produced the popular horror movie vBlog " All About Horror Movies".
2016 Together with Pan Siyi and Guo Yafei, he curated China's first genre film festival -– The Pumpkin Fantasy Film Festival.
2017 filmed his first independent horror feature film "The Return". 2023 independently finished the film production.
2020 independently produced the first story “The Flesh” in “The Return” as a short film, which has been selected by Fantafestival - International Science Fiction and Fantasy Film Show (Italy), The Motor City Nightmare International Film Festival (USA)
