I was born in Ankara, in 1981. After my graduation from Dokuz Eylul University School of Law in 2004, I worked as a legal consultant for media and entartainment industry for years. In 2008, I was attended to a post graduate programme, Producing Film&Drama at Kadir Has University to specialize on producing that I discovered out it is a profession that I can make with an ambition.

Meanwhile I worked as a producer assistant at different companies and production departments such as Zeynofilm, ANS Productions, FOX TV to have much more experience. I figured it out that due to the lack of a person knowing both the backyard of the sector and and also legal part; I was capable to work as a consultant for the Industry. I am now still working as a consultant to outstanding production companies in Turkey and Creative Industry Council of Turkish Union of Chambers. On the other hand I am a full time producer whose main ambition is to produce films that are out of the ordinary.
I founded Kaliber Film Turkey with Mete Gumurhan from Netherlands in 2011 to produce co-productions with European Countries. We produced a feature length docu-drama called ‘Young Wrestlers’, of which’s world premiere was made at 66th Berlinale Internationa Film Festival at the Generation K 14+ and there it was awarded by a special mention.

In 2016, I founded another company called FMWorks Production Company, where I am working still as a producer and consultant. Within this company I produced my second feature film called “Expecting”, Animation Series for children called Pababis Street and I am at the early development stage of 2 documentaries and a feature film called Alamancı.
