Aretha “Ms Respect” Tatum is an American minister, author, songwriter, and filmmaker
from Chicago, Illinois, known for her faith-based and inspirational content. She is the
founder and president of ENTERTAIN-MINISTRY and uses media, arts, and entertainment
as her area of ministry.
She is the author of the award-winning book The Wonderful Counselor - My Sheep Hear My
Voice as well as a freelance writer with articles appearing in both national and international
magazines. Her writing is centered on her supernational experiences and sharing the
“Good News”.
Her filmography includes several short films and the TV series Seasoned (2022-2025),
which she created and wrote.
