Alex Ygoa was born in Madrid in 1988.
At an early age his parents took him to watch a re-release of Dinsey's Jungle Book and since then he knew he wanted to make films. After that E.T., Back to the Future, Indiana Jones and Jurassic Park made a big impression on him.

He started writing his own ideas for films at the age of 8 promising himself he would direct them in the future.
As a kid his mother gave him 100 Spanish pesetas every month as pocket money and he started saving it for his first film.

Years after Alex studied Advertising and Mass Media in 2010.
After that he worked as a screenwriter for well-known tv shows in Madrid and London.
But he really wanted to star doing films so in 2015, at the age of 27, he wrote, directed and self-produced his first big project: (Bitchy) Love Stories (Historias Románticas un poco Cabronas) an acid rom-com with all the actors/actresses he knew. Ironically using the money he saved in his life.

After this he continues writing and directing documentaries, shortfilms, and series.
