Aleksa Bujišić was born in Pljevlja, Montenegro in 2001. He spent his formative years in Podgorica, where he currently resides. He graduated from the Faculty of Design and Multimedia, Film and Media programme at the University of Donja Gorica. In 2022, as part of the Erasmus+ programme, he lived and studied in Athens, Greece, at the University of West Attica, Department of Photography and Audiovisual Arts. In 2023 he started his MA studies of Film and TV directing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. Throughout his studies, he has completed four short films, some of which have been screened at regional and international festivals. Besides, he worked on some student short films as assistant director, cinematographer and editor, and participated in several film workshops and audiovisual projects.
