Zhang Xiquan is a Chinese film and television director at China Central Television (CCTV). Since 2004, he has been involved in the productions of more than 30 sports documentaries in China. In 2012, Zhang's feature documentary film Burn was shortlisted at Taiwan Golden Horse Awards.
The 2019 documentary "Good Control" won the award for Best Film in the esports section of the 2020 Paladino d'Oro Sport Film Festival.
The 2019 documentary "Young Tuvan Yunden" was nominated for the 2020 Paladino d'Oro Sport Film Festival; Nominated by 2019 Ferrara Film Festival; Best Short Film Award at the 2019 San Diego International Children's Film Festival; Nominated for Best Documentary at the 2019 Cannes Mediterranean Film Festival; He also won the Special Jury Award at the Nanshan International Mountain Film Festival in Shenzhen, China, with a total of 35 awards.
