Zainal Palmans is a Dutch director, producer and writer. Born on September 28, 1990 in Hoogeveen, Drenthe, The Netherlands. He started his own company Palmans Films in 2015. He has directed and produced several short films for various international competitions. Like 'The Sinister Follows' (2015) and 'Inner Demons' (2015). He also finished Z-Fury (2018), an action/horror movie about zombies and 'Massacre' (2017). Massacre won a film prize for at the Nova Film Festival in The Netherlands.

Now he made a new movie: Leave of Absence (drama) with writer Patricia Bisschop and Foundation Artistic Dreamers.
