We accept ALL KINDS OF STORIES (not documentaries) that tell the relationships and problems of people and families struggling with work.

The festival is dedicated to the women and men who work every day to build their country and their destiny.
The aim is to explore, through film storytelling, the human experience at work, while simultaneously present the experience of those who create that work by establishing enterprises, not neglecting then how work and enterprise affect the environment.

This is a time to analyze and present to the public the various facets of how humanity faces and experiences work. Employees farmers laborers tradesmen clerks professionals entrepreneurs etc: all united in one purpose and problems.

The awarded categories include:
• Grand Jury Prize for the best overall film.
• Best Italian film.
• Best foreign film.
• Best direction.
• Best cinematography.
• Best original music.
• Best original screenplay.
• Best actor.
• Best actress.
• Audience Award.
• Made in Veneto Award.
Cash prizes will be possible according to the availability of sponsorship.

PARTICIPATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Only films that tell stories (not documentaries) containing aspects of working, and of those who work, as well as of those who seek work or who lose it, are eligible for the Festival. Likewise, films that tell stories of those who create or have created, or lost, an enterprise and, as a whole, how work, workers, and enterprises are united in one purpose and destiny.
In short, are eligible and invited to participate STORIES that tell these relevant and fundamental aspects of humanity, in all the psychological, social, political, and environmental facets and implications they entail.

1. Participation in the Festival is possible only through the FilmFreeway platform at links on site.
2. Only NARRATIVE FILMS (fiction) in Italian language or with English subtitles are eligible.
3. Films must have a maximum length of 30 (thirty) minutes, and a minimum of 3 (three), including titles, in Full HD MP4, horizontal video format. Further technical details, if necessary, will be communicated to the selected authors.
4. Films must have been made within the last seven years.
5. Each author may enter more than one film, but only with a new entry.
6. Films entered cannot be replaced or changed but can be withdrawn.
7. A maximum two-minute trailer MUST accompany each film, plus credits and full press kit as required by enrollment platforms.
Films entered despite not meeting these requirements are disqualified.
