Wes Rickert is an absurdist sound poet, film maker, visual artist and philosopher. His feature length arthouse films represent his passion and ideas concerning anti-film.

"Reality River Snow Job", 2017, Canada, (99 minutes), received honourable mention from the 2017 LA Underground Film Forum for unique contribution to cinema.
"The Road To Elsinore", 2016, Canada, (98 minutes), was official selection for 2016 BLOW-UP, Chicago International Arthouse FILMFEST, official selection for 2017 Annual Copenhagen Film Festival and SEMI-FINALIST for the 2017 European Film Festival (Mainstream & underground).
His absurdist writing & photographs have been published in "Maintenant -A Journal of Contemporary Dada", Three Rooms Press, NYC. USA, #9, (2015), #10, (2016), #11, (2017), #12, (2018), #13, (2019). He is one half of the Canadian electronic art noise band Burning Iceberg, co-founder of the 1000 Islands Film & Stage Artist Residency and co-founder of the 253469 Institute.
