REQUIREMENTS
To submit a film, you must have created the project yourself, own the rights or have permission from the owner of the content to submit the film to us. All films must be made after 2016. Any foreign films must include English subtitles. VOFF is not responsible for broken or non-functioning films. Not all submissions received are selected for VOFF. Organizers reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or scheduling. VOFF can use parts of your film (including trailer/teaser/film poster) for promotional purpose.
CATEGORY & FEE
All genre films are accepted. Multiple entries are allowed. Additional films can be submitted under the payment of an additional fee for each of them. The same film can be entered into one or more categories, but each category requires an entry fee. All fees are non-refundable. No refund for non selected films and incomplete entries. All genres and formats are considered eligible for nomination at one or more competitive categories. For fee structures, visit the festhome and FilmFreeway websites.

The decision of jury members will be final and accepted by all. No inquiries or arguments will be entertained. VOFF reserves the right to move the notification date if the Festival need more time to make selection decisions.
Before listing your movie to VOFF, read carefully and understand the rules and conditions.
Art. 1 - VOFF is an independent festival event open to any form of artistic expression. Submitted films should be an original work of the contestant and should have been completed after January 2016. Films dealing with all themes are allowed to the festival, with the only exception of advertising and pornographic, or themes in contravention of the provisions of the Italian law. Films in any different language from English must be subtitled in English. Films in Italian are allowed not to have subtitles.
Art. 2 - Films must be compulsorily submitted on the Festhome and FilmFreeway online platforms, and, if applicable, by the simultaneous festival fee payment. In case of exclusion, the festival fee that has already been paid will not be reimbursed.
Art. 3 - A fee is required upon submission (for payment structures, visit the VOFF account on Festhome and FilmFreeway websites). Additional films can be submitted under the payment of an additional fee for each of them. The same film can be entered into one or more categories, but each category requires an entry fee. The payment of the festival's submission fee implies the acceptance of the terms and rules.
Art. 4 - Submissions to VOFF will open on december, 2022 and will close on march 2023. They will be performed by using the above-mentioned web platform. By april 2023, the submitted films will be selected by a qualified jury who, at its sole discretion, will define the list of the finalist and by april 20, 2023 will define the winners. Names of the selected and winners films will be announced on the festival website https://vonlinefilmfestival.webnode.it/ on the social networks of the festival (Facebook) and to the selected contestants' email address that are communicated at the time of the film submission. The selected films sheets will be available on the official website https://vonlinefilmfestival.webnode.it/.
