The award aims to expand the knowledge of young people interested in the field of filmmaking, which expands the perceptions of creativity among young people and provides opportunities for development.

Rules & Terms

We treat every filmmaker equally.
Films made in languages other than English must have English subtitles.
All submitted films will be privately screened for the our judging panel, and will not be screened initially to the public.
Filmmakers’ submission fee will not be reimbursed if they decide to withdraw their submission.
All entry fees are non-refundable.
Our Film Festival may without advance notice amend these Rules & Terms from time to time.
Each and every such amendment shall become effective immediately.
