International videofestival "Cifra" is a great competition for students, who can try themselves in 6 video genre directions and get a review from the top Russian masters of documentaries, TV and video art.
The theme of Festival-2022 is "Yesterday, today, tomorrow". We are waiting for video works that

* touch upon problems
* reflect serious themes
Only video works touching upon social, socio-political, environmental, psychological, family, cultural issues of modern life and the recent past are allowed to participate in the Festival.
