MUSIC AT STOWE CIDER

FRIDAY, JUNE 2
After the opening night screening of OUR FATHER, THE DEVIL, American soul/blues band Dwight & Nicole will kick off a weekend of music at Stowe Cider.

“There are good voices, and then there are GREAT voices; Nicole Nelson is definitely the latter” - Christina Aguilera

“A retro soul band, contemporary blues act, roots rock duo and R&B dynamo all at once…simple, hypnotic…” - The Boston Herald

SATURDAY, JUNE 3

Maple Run Band | 12PM - 1PM
“It can take groups many years and albums to find the cohesive sound and natural chemistry that this four-piece Americana band from northern Vermont has achieved in two records.” - Seven Days Vermont

Eames Brothers Band | 1:30 - 2:30PM
“You'd be hard-pressed to find a harder working act than Vermont's Eames Brothers Band. The Eames' music is rooted in tradition, from sparse delta blues to stinging electric shuffles." - Seven Days Vermont

Ali McGuirk | 3 - 4PM
“A soul singer who evokes comparisons to Amy Winehouse but rocks even harder.” - The Boston Globe

Kat Wright Trio | 4:30 - 5:30PM
“There’s soul flowing in and out of her rock n’ roll with a serpentine seduction.” - NPR Live Sessions

Tristen | 6 - 7PM
“The performances are as sharp as the writing. Tristen approaches each tune with the mindset of a character actor, changing her voice and inflection to bring out nuances of mood.” - Rolling Stone

Samantha Crain | 7:30 - 8:30PM
"The richness of Crain’s voice and the striking imagery of her lyrics finds beauty and pathos in the details of downtrodden lives." - The Guardian

Dwight & Nicole Full Band | 9 - 10:30PM
