We accept online and physical screeners. Online screeners should be in mp4 or mov formats. All physical submissions can be on hard-drives, USB, DCP, DVD, or Blu-Ray.
Non-English language films must be dubbed or subtitled in English or else we may not be able to screen your project.
All films must have been completed on or after January 1, 2021. Films may be screened or released prior to the festival.
All Artist/Filmmaker(s) are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, royalties, release forms, clearances, permits, images, clips, or material that are presented in their project. Upstate New York Film Festival is not responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, or royalty infringement related for the material presented.
Upstate New York Film Festival is not liable for any damage or loss suffered during shipping, previewing, or screening.
