A release on UNHOLY TV includes:

● Non-Exclusive Release – You retain 100% of your rights and may remove your film at any time

● Filmmaker Spotlight Page – A dedicated filmmaker profile on the UNHOLY TV website, built with heavy SEO to help filmmakers and their films rank in Google search results (name, film titles, keywords, credits, and links)

Rules & Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting your film to the UNHOLY TV FilmFest, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all filmmakers, producers, and representatives associated with the submitted work.

2. Submission Requirements:
- All films submitted must be the original work of the filmmaker and must not infringe on the copyrights or rights of any third party.
- Submitted films must be in the horror genre or a sub-genre of horror.
- All selected films must include English subtitles if the original language is not English.
- You grant UNHOLY TV a non-exclusive license to screen your film online on all our platforms and/or at our live showcase event.

3. Screening & Selection:
Selection into the UNHOLY TV FilmFest is competitive and based on creativity, originality, and quality. All selected films will stream on UNHOLY TV for a period of 120 days and may be included in promotional materials.

4. Rights & Ownership:
Filmmakers retain all rights to their film. By participating, you grant UNHOLY TV the right to:
- Stream the film on our platforms.
- Use stills, trailers, or excerpts (under 30 seconds) for promotional use.
- Add our logo, watermark, and our own beginning/end card for branding purposes (non-invasive and non-editing of content).

5. Removal & Withdrawal Policy:
Filmmakers can request removal of their film from UNHOLY TV platforms after 120 days with a 30-day written notice. Not ready to go public yet? We can hold your film until you're done with the fest circuit.

6. Awards & Recognition:
Participation in the UNHOLY TV Film Fest includes eligibility for the UNHOLY AWARDS. Winners will be announced online and receive certs, social media features.
