The UnderWorld Black Arts Festival seeks to amplify Black voices in the arts while celebrating Black history and culture through music, cinema, poetry, and visual art, bringing together Cincinnati, national and International artists.
Rules & Terms
Films submitted to the UBAF film series will be accepted based on theme and relevance, not in competition with other films. We will accept as many films as we can find space for in our film series or other programs taking place throughout the year.
