The University of New Orlean's Filmmaker's Club presents the 1st edition of the UNO Senior Showcase.

As our Spring 2024 semester comes to a close, we are hosting a showcase to celebrate the achievements of UNO student filmmakers graduating in Spring 2024 and those who have graduated in Fall 2023.

The Showcase will be held in the Recital Hall located in the Performing Arts Building on May 2th, 2024.

Rules & Terms

We are accepting short format student films from UNO Students who are graduating in the Spring 2024 or graduated in Fall 2023. Short format film is defined as having a maximum total running time of 15 minutes or less including all credits. All films must be produced under UNO guidelines and must not promote any form of hate speech.

Your film must have the following specifications:
- Resolution 1920 x 1080
- File format QuickTime or MP4
- Codec H.264
- Bit Rate 15 Mbps (15,000 kbps)
- Audio sample rate 48 khz
- Audio bit depth 24

All student filmmakers must provide student identity through their .edu email or student identification. Student IDs can be attached to your film on the View Projects tab, under Files & Attachments.

Submission fees are waived for all UNO students submitting to the festival. All filmmakers are limited to 2 total submissions.
