Originally from Carcavelos, Portugal, I am a proud mother, TV executive, mental health advocate, humanist, and realist. Passionate about the power of audiovisual communication, I believe in its unique ability to inform, connect, and inspire audiences in today’s digital and fast-paced world.
With extensive experience across diverse projects and companies within the audiovisual industry, I have developed a strong foundation in media production, creative collaboration, and storytelling. My professional journey has been marked by working in multidisciplinary teams, focusing on quality, both artistic and otherwise, and on the strategic relevance of each project.
Currently serving as an Assistant Director at TELENIMA, I contribute to the creation of engaging and impactful audiovisual content, from concept to post-production, helping transform ideas into stories that resonate.
I view audiovisual media not only as a source of entertainment but also as a powerful medium for education, social awareness, and cultural connection. Through each project, I aim to foster empathy, understanding, and a deeper appreciation for the human experience.
