Tristin Greyeyes is a Two-Spirit Nehiyaw, Ojibway, and Anishinaabe visual storyteller. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Picture Arts, in 2021. A proud mom of two, Tristin produced several short films such as I’m Not Next, and is currently working on her first feature documentary ‘A Cree Approach’. A past board member of APTN, and current board member at SK Filmpool. Tristin continues to advocate and uplift Indigenous voices across the Plains.
A proud mom, an artist, a creator and a visual storyteller, Tristin has worked for stop-motion animation Indigenous-led production house Spotted Fawn Productions. Tristin produced several short films, I’m Not Next, and was the editing mentee on the independent feature film The Body Remembers When the World Broke Open. She was an indie film lab instructor for youth groups at Pacific Cinémathèque in Vancouver. Tristin helped create the National Indigenous Student Advisory Committee with the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations.
