I am an independent filmmaker and director working across Hollywood and Tollywood, driven by a deep interest in human behavior, moral conflict, and emotionally grounded storytelling. I view cinema as a powerful medium to explore realism, inner struggles, and the choices people make when faced with difficult circumstances.
My professional filmmaking journey began with Think Before (2020), a socially conscious feature that reflected my belief in cinema as both thought-provoking and emotionally engaging. The film helped shape my narrative voice, emphasizing grounded storytelling, moral responsibility, and relatable human situations.
In 2023, I directed the Hollywood feature film Unload, a gritty, character-driven thriller that examines survival, morality, and the consequences of human actions. The film was released on platforms including Amazon Prime, marking an important milestone in my cross-cultural filmmaking journey. Working within an international production environment strengthened my approach to disciplined storytelling, realistic performances, and technical precision.
I am also associated with the Telugu feature film Padamati Sandhya Ragam, a cross-cultural drama that blends Indian emotional sensibilities with a global narrative approach. The film reflects my continued interest in exploring relationships, identity, and human connection across cultures while remaining rooted in authenticity and emotional honesty.
My filmmaking style is centered on character-driven narratives where emotions arise organically from situations rather than spectacle. I am particularly drawn to themes of identity, morality, endurance, family bonds, and internal conflict—elements that allow stories to resonate universally, beyond language or geography. I believe that the most powerful drama emerges from believable circumstances and truthful performances.
Working independently allows me to stay closely involved in every stage of the filmmaking process, from story development and screenplay writing to direction and post-production. This hands-on approach helps preserve tonal consistency, emotional depth, and narrative clarity throughout each project.
Having worked across both Western and Indian cinematic spaces, I bring a strong cross-cultural perspective to my work. I combine the emotional richness and relational storytelling of Indian cinema with the narrative discipline and technical clarity of Western filmmaking, creating films that feel culturally rooted yet globally accessible.
Collaboration is central to my creative philosophy. I value open and honest collaboration with actors and technicians, fostering an environment where performances feel natural and storytelling remains truthful.
Through my work, I aim to create films that stay with audiences beyond the screen—stories that invite reflection, spark conversation, and connect people through shared human experiences.
