The Festival des cinémas indiens de Toulouse/Toulouse Indian Film Festival is a film festival held annually in Toulouse, France since 2013. As the name indicates, the Festival is dedicated to introducing the French public to cinema from India/Sri Lanka/Bangladesh/Pakistan/Nepal/Bhutan/Maldives (ALL ASIAN PRODUCTIONS for short-films only). It is the only competitive film festival dedicated to the films of the Indian subcontinent in France. It takes place in Toulouse, France. Our strength is the cultural mediation with the audience and the work for French copies.

We organize as much as possible Q&A with the public after the screening. These film industries are very less known in France, even suffering from bias. Working on French subtitled copies is one of our priorities and we own the biggest French catalog of French subtitles for Indian and pan-indian films.

In a film-lovers city like Toulouse, which is rich with theatres and numerous film festivals, it is important for the such prolific Indian sub-continental cinema to be screened.
