Touchbase Care is a community group working with disabled people and those with neurodiverse conditions. Touchbase provides various means of support and creative activities to its members, one of which is film-making. We will be screening films made by the members as well as external artists and film-makers, where we'll be coming together to create a diverse collection of moving image within the newly formed 'Touchbase Film Fest'. These will be under two main categories:

1. Short film 

2. Ability and Identity

Priority will be given to films which give particular thought to accessibility. This includes elements such as, including clear subtitling , films that make creative use of audio description and other creative ways of making their work accessible.

Entry is free, a prize of £100 will be given to the winner in each category.

1. maximum duration 10 minutes
2. The filmmaker must be the copyright holder of all material used in the submission,
or hold appropriate licenses for all footage, assets, and sound used.
3. Submissions must be eligible under one of two categories and may be
submitted under multiple categories
4.Maximum of 2 submissions per person

    Thanks for Screening our film Culicidae and for the Award for Best Film in the Ability & Identity category and for the 100 £ prize. Although we couldn’t get there in person from Australia it was great to be screened and acknowledge.
