He was born in Çankaya district of Ankara. He completed his secondary school education at Namık Kemal Secondary School and high school education at Anıttıpe High School.

He won the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Eastern Mediterranean University in Famagusta, TRNC and studied here. During his university life, he made many short films and feature films.

2006: He stepped into the sector as a trainee assistant in the TV series "Kod Adı" broadcast on Kanal D.

2007: He made many short films. The main ones are; Contradiction (Psychological thriller), Stepmom (Absurd Comedy), Unutulanlar (Epic Movie)

Named Phase Two (Psychological Thriller) also prepared a medium-length movie. This movie was screened with a special screening at Galeria Cinemas in Famagusta, TRNC.

2008-2009: He prepared the off-road content program "Hard Roads" for TRT Turkish.

2010-2011: He worked as the editor-in-chief of Cyprus Genç TV. On the same channel, he directed programs such as Traveler's Route, Cyprus House, Step by Step London and Cadde.

2011: He was the editor-in-chief of First FM, the first private radio station of TRNC.

2012-2021: He returned to Turkey in 2012 and founded the production company named Toga Medya, which bears his surname. With this company, which is still active today, hundreds of promotional films, commercials, documentary films, music videos, TV series and feature films.

In 2023, he directed two feature films, Silent Therapy and Second Edition.
