Todd MacDonald’s work as a filmmaker is centred around the arts and driven by his fascination with the emergence of new ideas and forms of expression. Operating in this field for almost a decade, Todd has been involved in the creation of a considerable variety of productions that exhibit the arts on screen. Working closely in collaboration with London based production company Illuminations, Todd has made work for a diverse body of theatres, galleries, cultural institutions and broadcasters including Tate, Royal Academy of Arts, Science Museum, Almeida Theatre, Sky Arts and BBC. His films have been recognised by Aesthetica, Branchage and London Short Film Festival.
