Tim J. Lim is a filmmaker based out of North Hollywood. Though native to the United States (born in Chicago), he spent 13 years in China, where he graduated high school, but is ethnically Korean. He received his BFA in Media Production from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a certificate program in directing at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center in Hollywood.

In February of 2013, Tim made his permanent move to Los Angeles, where he is finds work as a freelancer, working as a VIP tour guide at Universal Studios Hollywood, and collaborating with The Actors Collective. He heads Fluster Pictures.
