1. Eligibility and Registration
Genre: The festival is open to horror films of all genres.
Language: Non-French films must be subtitled in French.

2. Fees and Refunds
Refund policy: All registration fees are final. No refunds will be given, regardless of whether the film is selected or not.
Multiple Submissions: A filmmaker may submit multiple projects, but each project requires a separate registration fee.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
By submitting their work, participants guarantee that they hold all rights relating to the images, music, and content of the film.

The Ticket To Death festival accepts no responsibility in the event of any copyright disputes.
Participants authorize the festival to use excerpts (images, trailers) for promotional purposes on social media and the website.

4. Selection and Notification
Selected filmmakers will be notified by email via FilmFreeway on the notification date indicated.

5. Screening Format
If your film is selected, you must provide a high-quality file (ProRes or H.264) no later than 15 days before the event.

Le participant autorise le festival à utiliser des extraits (images, bande-annonce) à des fins promotionnelles sur les réseaux sociaux et le site web.

Les cinéastes sélectionnés seront informés par e-mail via FilmFreeway à la date de notification indiquée.

Si votre film est sélectionné, vous devrez fournir un fichier de haute qualité (ProRes ou H.264) au plus tard : 30 jours avant l'événement.
