Starting with plays in high school and college, his one-act play WAYS OF THE BEAST was nominated at the University of Northern Colorado. From there, his feature debut, THE CODE: LEGEND OF THE GAMERS, a mockumentary about video gamers, opened to sold-out crowds in a limited run.

From there, he continued storytelling as an author, becoming an award-winning author through his two feature novels, THE RISING CURRENT: THE THALES and MAKEWEIGHTS, character-centered science fiction adventures. He has 14 total publications including short stories included in anthologies and non-fiction publications from publishers ranging from Bound to Brew to Write Illusion.

He returned to filmmaking as AD on the award-winning DEMON FOR HIRE, directed by Travis Heermann.

SLASHER SESSIONS is his return to writing and directing short films.

In addition to filmmaking, he's been a storyteller in advertising with over a decade of agency experience. He's happily married and a father of four, living in the Denver metro area of Colorado.
