Presented by Raindance Film Festival and Moonmax, the 2025 Story Machine Summit is focused on pushing creative boundaries and redefining the art of storytelling. Over one packed day, delegates will immerse themselves in VR pop-ups, AI film matinées, panels on topics like “Storytelling in 2040,” and hands-on workshops where they can learn how to harness technologies like AI and social media in their creative work.

Filmmakers have the opportunity to submit their films for our awards ceremony at the summit. Selected films will be screened during the AI Film Matinée, offering a unique platform to showcase your work to an audience of delegates, industry professionals, and innovators in attendance. RULES AND TERMS

Eligibility: All submissions must integrate AI tools or methodologies in one or more stages of the filmmaking process.

Submission Format: All entries must be submitted as a high-resolution digital file or link via the FilmFreeway platform.

Ownership: Filmmakers retain all rights to their work; however, the festival reserves the right to use stills, trailers, and excerpts for promotional purposes.
