The Jubilee Film Festival is a festival celebrating Black excellence and Black struggle. All of the entries should have a narrative of Black life whether through struggle or the continuous push toward excellence. You get to view the winning submissions at Ron Robinson Auditorium nestled in Little Rock, Arkansas' primary downtown night life area, the River Market.

In addition, the winning entries will reach a trophy and the option to have distribution on resurgenttv.com.

Rules & Terms

All video must be submitted in HD! (1920x1080)
Submissions must select the option to have the video downloaded for further viewing on Resurgent TV.
No profanity is allowed unless for context in a scene!
No overt sexual scenes; however, nuanced scene are okay!
No overt scenes of violence; however, nuanced scene are okay!
No animals should be harmed during the filming of entries!

Films in other film festivals or streaming on another services shot, edited or producer since the beginning of 2020 are all eligible for submission.
