The Festival will award the top three films in each of the categories: In recognition of their talent and dedication, the top three films in each category will be awarded a Special Filmmaker Certificate. This esteemed honor will serve as a mark of distinction for these exceptional cinematic achievements.

Film Festival Rules:

Language: All festival business and official communication will be conducted in English.

Promotional Assets: If your film is selected, you may be asked to provide a press kit, stills from the film, and other promotional materials to assist with publicity.

Refund Policy: Submission fees are non-refundable to help cover the costs of processing and administration.

Submission Guidelines: You may submit multiple films, but each film must be entered as a separate submission with its own fee.

Withdrawal Policy: To ensure the integrity of our program, once a film has been officially selected, it cannot be withdrawn from the festival lineup.

Content and Copyright: As the submitter, you are fully accountable for the content of your film and must ensure that all copyright obligations are met.

The filmmaker is responsible for clearing all rights to the material in their film.

Screening Format: If your film is selected, you will need to provide a high-resolution screening copy in either MP$/MOV format.

Subtitling: All films not in English must be subtitled in English for presentation.

Scheduling: Please note that the festival organizers reserve the right to make adjustments to the screening schedule as needed.
