BASES Y CONDICIONES
1- Podrán participar del festival realizadores, estudiantes y aficionados de cualquier parte del mundo.
2- Las producciones deberán estar enmarcadas dentro de los géneros terror y fantástico y haber sido producidas entre el año 2019 y 2022.
3- Cada participante podrá presentar un máximo de 2 obras. No es requisito que las obras sean inéditas. No se aceptarán obras que ya hayan sido exhibidas en el Festival en ediciones anteriores.
4- Los participantes deberán completar la ficha de inscripción que estará disponible en el sitio www.terrorcordoba.com.ar. La inscripción al festival implica la aceptación plena e incondicional de las presentes bases y condiciones.
5- Los trabajos se recibirán a partir del día 25 de marzo de 2022 y hasta las 23:59 horas del día 25 de mayo de 2022.
6- Presentación de los trabajos audiovisuales:
Para la preselección del material audiovisual, deberán enviar un link de visionado online con:
Resolución mínima: HD (1280x720)
Calidad mínima de audio: 48 kHz - 16 o 24 bits - Stereo.
Una vez seleccionadas las obras en competencia, el equipo de programación les informará las condiciones necesarias para su exhibición en sala.
7- Las obras deberán ser enviadas por correo electrónico a: terror.cordoba.festival@gmail.com a través de las siguientes plataformas digitales: a) GoogleDrive (www.google.com/Drive) b) Mega (https://mega.co.nz) c) Dropbox (www.dropbox.com) d) Vimeo (www.vimeo.com). (No se aceptarán obras vía Wetransfer)
En el asunto del correo electrónico debe contener: título/director/duración (Ej. Los Pájaros/Alfred Hitchcock/115´)
*En caso de no cumplir con alguno de estos requisitos de formato comunicarse vía correo electrónico especificando el motivo al mail terror.cordoba.festival@gmail.com con el asunto: No cumplo.

8- Las obras que utilicen imágenes y/o sonidos preexistentes serán aceptadas bajo la responsabilidad del participante, en lo que atañe a derechos originales con respecto a terceros. Los realizadores de las obras se harán responsables por los reclamos de cualquier naturaleza que terceros pudieran hacer respecto a su aporte en la producción, derechos de autor, de inclusión, de intérpretes, etc.
9- Las obras cuyo idioma original no sea el castellano deberán contar con subtítulos en este idioma.
10- Los trabajos seleccionados quedarán bajo resguardo del festival como parte de su archivo, con el compromiso de no utilizarlos con fines de lucro. Pero sí de promoción, retrospectivas, muestras o proyecciones especiales.
11- El comité organizador del festival hará una preselección del material que participará de la instancia competitiva, así como también las obras que se proyectarán en la muestra.
12- Un jurado convocado por el comité organizador será el responsable de la selección de los films ganadores del festival, otorgando los siguientes premios:

Cada ganador recibirá una estatuilla y certificado entregado en el cierre del festival. En caso de que el ganador no esté presente para recibir su premio, el mismo podrá ser entregado a un representante o enviado por correo postal, en ese caso los gastos de envío corren por cuenta del participante. El comité organizador no se hace responsable de la pérdida, rotura o cualquier eventualidad que pueda ocurrir en el envío.
13- La participación en el festival es libre y gratuita para los cortometrajes hasta 30 minutos de duración.
El costo de inscripción para los largometrajes participantes es de:
-10 dólares para largometrajes internacionales
-5 dólares para largometrajes latinoamericanos
-3 dólares para largometrajes nacionales
-Inscripción gratuita para largometrajes cordobeses
14- Los organizadores podrán suspender, modificar y/o cancelar el presente festival cuando circunstancias no previstas lo justifiquen.

9- Works whose original language is not Spanish must be subtitled in Spanish.
10- The selected works will remain under the festival's custody as part of its archive, with the commitment not to use them for profit. However, they will be used for promotion, retrospectives, exhibitions or special screenings.
11- The festival's organizing committee will make a pre-selection of the material that will participate in the competition, as well as the works that will be screened in the exhibition.

Each winner will receive a statuette and certificate delivered at the closing of the festival. 13- Participation in the festival is free for short films up to 30 minutes long.
