Terra di Siena International Film Festival

4. Requisiti di Partecipazione
Possono partecipare opere cinematografiche nazionali ed internazionali prodotte dopo il 2024.
Le opere devono essere presentate in lingua originale. Se la lingua originale non è l'italiano, il film deve essere sottotitolato in italiano e/o in inglese.
Non sono ammesse opere già presentate nelle precedenti edizioni del Festival.
Non sono ammesse opere già presenti nelle piattaforme streaming a pagamento (Netflix, Prime Video, Mubi ecc.)
Gli autori e/o produttori delle opere selezionate autorizzano la proiezione delle stesse durante il Festival senza richiedere alcun compenso.
Gli autori e/o produttori garantiscono di essere titolari di tutti i diritti dell'opera, compresi i diritti musicali.

5. Selezione delle Opere
La selezione delle opere avverrà a cura e a giudizio insindacabile del Comitato Selezionatore.
I film selezionati saranno comunicati entro il 1 ottobre 2026. Gli autori delle opere selezionate riceveranno una notifica ufficiale via email.
In caso di selezione verrà richiesta una copia ufficiale del film o cortometraggio in alta risoluzione
NOTA: Con l’iscrizione, l’opera non viene automaticamente selezionata per partecipare al Terra di Siena International Film Festival, bensì l’eventuale selezione verrà comunicata all’indirizzo email fornito in fase d’iscrizione.

6. Disposizioni finali:
La partecipazione al Festival implica l'accettazione incondizionata del presente bando. Il comitato organizzatore si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al regolamento, che saranno tempestivamente comunicate ai partecipanti.

4. Eligibility Requirements
National and international films produced after 2024 can participate.
Films must be presented in their original language. The film must be subtitled in Italian or English if the original language is not Italian.
Films presented in previous editions of the Festival are not eligible.
Films already available on paid streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Mubi, etc.) are not eligible.
The authors or producers of the selected works authorize the screening of their works during the Festival without requesting any compensation.
The authors or producers guarantee that they hold all the rights to the work, including musical rights.

5. Selection of Works
The selection of works will be carried out at the discretion and judgment of the Selection Committee.
The selected films will be announced by October 1st 2026. The authors of the selected works will receive an official notification via email.
In case of selection, an official high-resolution copy of the film or short film will be requested.
NOTE: By submitting, the work is not automatically selected to participate in the Terra di Siena International Film Festival. The possible selection will be communicated to the email address provided during registration.

6. Final Instructions
Participation in the Festival implies unconditional acceptance of these announcement. The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the regulations, which will be promptly communicated to the participants.
