Terek M. Young is first and foremost a husband and father. He and his wife Dr. Psyche D. Young have been married since (2007). He and Dr. Young both share a mutual love for the art of film, and in (2022), they founded together YaH Vision Productions, a film production company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Terek is a BFA Directing student at the Temple University School of Theatre, Film and Media Arts and is set to graduate in the Spring of (2024). Prior to becoming a film student, Terek completed 3 years of seminary studies at the Nyack College Alliance Theological Seminary and has been active in Christian ministry since approximately 8 years of age.

Terek is a newcomer behind the camera, but has experience on set as an actor in multiple television shows and films. He endeavors to build a body of work that he can be proud of, and to inspire others who dream of being a filmmaker.
