ENGLISH: 1. Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni was created for the production of independent cinema works. The Tuscany International Film Festival t is an international festival and is made up of a group of young professionals with experience and certified professional training.
The Tuscany International Film Festival has as its main purpose the valorization of
all those directors and filmmakers who want to show off their narrative skills and aptitude.
2. The aim of TIFF, organized by Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni, is to give a chance to all Italian and foreign web, film and television artists and to all fans of moving images.
3. Admission to the festival pre-selection is possible from 03 January 2024 to 15 October 2024. The list of selected works will be available on 20 October 2024.
4. Registered works that do not make it to the official selection will not be refunded.
5. The festival will take place live at the Giuseppe Lazzareschi Foundation in Porcari Lucca and all winners will be announced on the day of the event on 09 and 10 November 2024.
6. If, for some reason, the live event does not take place, the production will postpone the event by communicating the date and time through the Tuscany International Film Festival social channels.
7. If some data is missing from the application for admission, the organization will communicate this to the candidate. Once the news has been received, the candidate must correct the default within 7 days before the deadline, under penalty of exclusion from the festival.
8. Each work will be carefully examined and evaluated by the production executive staff.
9. All web series, short films and films of any genre can participate in the competition but the web series must consist of at least two episodes.
10. It is possible to register multiple works from each production and/or director.
11. The registered works can be created in any language (preferably Italian or English). Subtitles are optional but recommended for better understanding.
12. There is no maximum duration for the works presented.
13. Works of all kinds, published or unpublished, are admitted.
14. All creations must be available to the TIFF Organization on web systems, in any type of platform chosen by the Festival participants.
15. Each winning work in each category will be given a prize and will be sent by courier within 60 days to the address indicated by the author at the winner's expense.

FEATURE FILMS SECTION
1. PURPOSE
The aims of the TUSCANY WEB FEST are to promote knowledge and promote the diffusion of international cinema in all its forms, in a climate of freedom and comparison between different cultures, realities and languages of the audiovisual sector.
2. OFFICIAL SELECTION
The competition is open from 03 January 2024 to 15 October 2024. The official selection will be communicated online on the TIFF Facebook page on 15 October 2024. The winners will be communicated on the day of the live event on 09 and 10 November 2024.
The feature film section of the Tuscany web Fest is an international competition reserved for works over 60 minutes, without restrictions on genre or destination and can also be experimental or artistic. All the works proposed are eligible for selection and do not necessarily have to be previewed. In evaluating the works, the jury will have particular regard for emerging authors, artistic films, and all those works that compete with current production with the intent of innovation and creative originality.

ITALIANO: 1. La Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni nasce per la produzione di opere di cinema indipendente. Il Tuscany International Film Festival è un festival internazionale ed è composto da un gruppo formato da giovani professionisti con esperienza e formazione professionale certificata.
Il Tuscany International Film Festival ha come scopo principale la valorizzazione di
tutti quei registi e filmmakers che vogliono mostrare le proprie capacità e attitudini narrative.
2. Lo scopo di TIFF, organizzato da Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni è dare una possibilità a tutti gli artisti web, cinematografici e televisivi italiani e stranieri e a tutti gli appassionati delle immagini in movimento.
3. L'ammissione alla preselezione del festival è possibile dal 03 Gennaio 2024 al 15 Ottobre 2024. La lista delle opere selezionate sarà disponibile il 20 Ottobre 2024.
4. Le opere iscritte che non accederanno alla selezione ufficiale non verranno rimborsate.
5. Il festival si svolgerà live presso la Fondazione Giuseppe Lazzareschi a Porcari Lucca e tutti i vincitori verranno comunicati il giorno dell'evento in data 09 e 10 Novembre 2024.
6. Se, per qualche motivo, l'evento live non si svolgerà, la produzione provvederà a posticipare l'evento comunicando la data e l’ora attraverso i canali social del Tuscany International Film Festival.
7. Qualora nella domanda di ammissione alcuni dati dovessero mancare, l'organizzazione provvederà a comunicarlo al candidato. Una volta raggiunta la notizia, il candidato dovrà correggere il default entro 7 giorni prima della scadenza, pena l'esclusione dal festival.
8. Ogni opera verrà esaminata e valutata accuratamente dallo staff esecutivo della produzione.
9. Al concorso possono partecipare tutte le web series, i cortometraggi e i films di qualsiasi genere ma le web series devono essere composte da almeno due episodi.
10. E' possibile iscrivere più opere da parte di ogni produzione e/o regista.
11. Le opere iscritte possono essere realizzate in qualsiasi lingua (preferibilmente italiano o inglese). I sottotitoli sono opzionali ma consigliati per una migliore comprensione.
12. Non è prevista una durata massima delle opere presentate.
13. Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, pubblicate o inedite.
14. Tutte le creazioni devono essere disponibili per l’ Organizzazione TIFF su sistemi web, in qualsiasi tipo di piattaforma scelta dai partecipanti al Festival.
15. Ad ogni opere vincitrice di ogni categoria verrà dato un premio e verrà spedito per corriere entro 60gg all'indirizzo indicato dall'autore a spese del vincitore.

1. FINALITÀ
Le finalità del TUSCANY INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL sono quelle di favorire la conoscenza e di promuovere la diffusione del cinema internazionale in tutte le sue forme, in un clima di libertà e di confronto tra culture, realtà e linguaggi diversi dell’audiovisivo.
2. SELEZIONE UFFICIALE
Il concorso è aperto dal 03 Gennaio 2024 al 15 Ottobre 2024. La selezione ufficiale sarà comunicata online sulla pagina facebook del TIFF in data 15 Ottobre 2024. I vincitori saranno comunicati il giorno dell’evento live in data 09 e 10 Novembre 2024.
La sezione lungometraggi del Tuscany International Film Festival è un concorso internazionale riservato alle opere superiori ai 60 minuti, senza vincoli di genere e destinazione e possono essere anche sperimentali o d’artista. Sono ammesse alla selezione tutte le opere proposte non necessariamente devono essere in anteprima. La giuria nel valutare le opere avrà un particolare riguardo per gli autori emergenti, le cinematografie artistiche, e tutte quelle opere che si misurano con la produzione corrente con intenti d’innovazione e di originalità creativa.

Le candidature saranno valutate e selezionate secondo i seguenti criteri:

- Natura indipendente della produzione
- Qualità artistica e attitudine narrativa
