TJ has had a love for storytelling in all mediums his entire life. From the young age of 5 playing hot cross buns on the piano with such vigor that his grandma/teacher would shout from the other room “slower”, to performing on stage in his young adult years to find the thrill and exertion from working many weeks of rehearsal culminating toward a single moment with an audience.

A change in focus toward film during the Covid-19 Pandemic has turned a solitary situation into a rewarding one for him and his frequent collaborator (and brother) Aaron Hill. They found early success with film competitions getting them to France with their award winning short film “A Cloudy Moon” being selected to be part of the Cannes Short Film Corner in 2023. He is looking forward to releasing his first feature film “My Fair Dairy: The Movie” written and starring Aaron Hill.

TJ lives in Madison, WI where he enjoys bike rides and local beers. In that order.
