TIAF - is the first international animation festival in Central Asia, bringing together competitive screenings, education,workshops and meetings between professionals and amateurs.

TIAF explores the theme of MOVEMENT - therefore, on the festival is equally included animation, choreography, theatrical performances, dancefilms and also various experiments (from video art to avant-garde)

Rules & Terms

1. Filming time: 2021 to 2024;

2. Running time: Less than 20 minutes (inclusive) with opening and closing credits
(except for Minute Films)

3. Work type: any animation regardless of the genre or theme. TIAF '24 is open to films applying all animation techniques
and experiments including combinations of live action and animation

5. Subtitle: Dialogue, narration and commentary must have English or Russian subtitles

6. Quality requirements: 1080p HD (encoded H.264)
