The SYDNEY WORLD FESTIVAL welcomes you. We are glad to welcome determined and courageous filmmakers from all over the world and are ready to support all those who are not afraid to embody their ideas in cinematography or screenwriting.
Everything is changeable in our world, and each new creative thought illuminates important topics of our society and the person as a whole, touching our hearts and opening up new feelings and emotions in us.
We are looking for those who are not afraid and dare to express their ideas, who are ready to remind all of us that creativity is limitless in this world. And when it seems that everything has already been said, filmed and written, we go to our goal and believe in our idea.

Rules & Terms

Execution rules:
- The duration of short films should not exceed 45 minutes;
- The duration of full-length films should be at least 45 minutes, and the total execution time should not exceed 240 minutes.
The festival cannot refuse entry fees or provide discounts in excess of those indicated. Entrance fees are non-refundable.
You can submit any number of films, however, a separate application form and an entry fee are required for each film.
All works must be either in English or with subtitles in English. Dialog lists are not accepted.
The participant confirms and guarantees the necessary legal authority to apply for participation in the festival and the use of music, images and content in the application.
