Investigated Attorney John Kutchka for insurance fraud involving an invalid
property contract, leading to the cancellation of the policy by Fair Plan Insurance Co.
Investigated, developed and reported violations at East Side Manor, Inc., a personal care home in Pennsylvania resulting in the finding and confirmation of 10 violations by state authorities. Eventually, the personal care home closed down.
