Stephen returned to screenwriting after raising a family and performing his own brand of comedy as host. Since 2019, he has written seven award winning screenplays, earned over 165 accolades, contributed to indie-film, signed by talent agent Betty Jo Butler, exceeded his ambitious goal of three films in early development and self-published three bestselling screenplays.

Films contributed to such as “Craving” “Wolf Hollow” and “Desperate Souls”. Stephen has also received script consultation from the best in the biz. Including, Script Consultant Karina Wilson, Amazon Studio's Script Analyst Michael Schulman, Amazon Studio's Story Analyst Riley Fullerton, Disney's Marvel Manager of Development and She-Hulk showrunner Sean Earley, and Former New Line Cinema's Founder Bob Shaye’s company Unique Features Director of Development.

Stephen's fourth and sixth screenplays made Virtual Pitch-Fest Top 50 Most Requested Scripts including his Horror Feature "Solstice" and Thriller Feature "Where Were You When the Lights Went Out?" And his first screenplay "Living in the Moments" which is a Romantic Comedy that is inspired by his own true story and his fifth script “Harper High” both landed in the Top 10% of projects on Coverfly.

Stephen is currently seeking funding for all his projects including his timeless Dramedy Feature “McLucky’s Pub Crawl” which is written along the lines of “It’s a Wonderful Life” and “The Hangover.” And for his Horror Feature “All Souls Day” which has been praised to be the next iconic horror film by Amazon Studios Script Analyst Michael Schulman.

Along his passion for writing, he advocates & provides peer support for Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Attempt Survivors.
