Steph France, the founder of Kalmkaos Productions (now working as a partner at Rumor Films) is an award winning director, writer, and actor from Rhode Island. She created two award winning pilots HEXXED, and Off-Kilter, as well as numerous screenplays that have gotten recognition and awards including Unhinged and GASP. With over 10 years of experience in the independent film industry she has a lot to offer, including a want to encourage other filmmakers, and die hard passion for the craft.
