Steph France, the founder of Kalmkaos Productions (now working as a partner at Rumor Films) is an award winning director, writer, and actor from Rhode Island. She's won over two dozen awards, numerous accolades, and has been in over 40 festivals world wide for her films and screenplays. With over 10 years of experience in the independent film industry she has a lot to offer, including a want to encourage other filmmakers, and die hard passion for the craft.
