Stanley Swindling lives and works in Los Angeles, CA. After a semifinal finish in the 2023 Killer Shorts Contest, he and his close collaborator Rachel Cylie Gross went into production on the short film DISPOSE, which will have its festival run in 2025. Before that, their screenplay ARMADILLO reached Semifinals in the ScreenCraft Horror Contest, and finished in the top 10% of Academy Nicholls. As a solo writer, his script THE ENIGMA was nominated for Best Graduate Feature at LMU's SFTV Awards, after winning in 2020 with NIGHTS ON FIRE. He has a Screenwriting MFA from Loyola Marymount University, and a Film BFA from the University of Central Florida.
