Stage 32 is proud to present the 4th Annual TV Drama Screenwriting Contest!

Open to TV Pilot Scripts!

A great TV drama captivates audiences with compelling characters, intricate storytelling, and emotional depth, weaving together elements of suspense, conflict, and relatable human experiences to keep audiences engaged and invested in the unfolding narrative. Streaming has made it so easy to become obsessed with new shows like BEEF and THE BEAR. Not to say that network dramas aren't still killing it - classics like GREY'S ANATOMY or LAW & ORDER are some of the most watched shows by fans new and old, both live and on streaming. Current shows like SEVERANCE and THE LAST OF US have fans waiting on the edge of their seats for a new season. Whether it's gossiping about SUCCESSION with your coworkers or fanning out over the immaculate production design and characters on SHOGUN, you know your TV dramas better than anyone!

Last year, we set up our winner with 8 one-on-one meetings with industry pros currently working on television drama content. Our 10 finalists get amazing exposure too; last year’s finalists had their work requested by top production and management companies staffing and producing today's hottest shows!

We are on the hunt for ALL types of TV drama scripts - all stories are welcome! We are looking for:

Scripts like: EUPHORIA, POWER, SUITS, BILLIONS, BALLERS, THE CROWN, THE REGIME, THE CLEANING LADY, AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER, YOUR HONOR, YELLOWSTONE, YELLOWJACKETS, THE L WORD, TULSA KING, SHAMELESS, DEAD TO ME, BIG LITTLE LIES, FARGO, DEVS, RESERVATION DOGS, ATLANTA, ER

But that's not all, we want to see all new, unique and fresh ideas that we haven't seen before!

If you have a television drama story that needs to be told, now is the time to show us what you've got, because our goal is to amplify your voice, give you the access Stage 32 is known for, and take your writing career to the next level!

Our Grand Prize winner will:

Be flown to LA for meetings (travel permitting) to meet with top industry professionals currently working at companies like ABC, HULU, IAG, and LEGENDARY ENTERTAINMENT with credits including shows GREY'S ANATOMY, YELLOWSTONE, GOSSIP GIRL, WILL TRENT, INVENTING ANNA, THE HANDMAID'S TALE, CHICAGO FIRE, DEAR WHITE PEOPLE, and more!
