Srishti is a London-based animation director and visual storyteller with a passion for telling stories of the everyday person through satire, metaphor, and humour. A recent graduate of the Royal College of Art’s MA Animation program, she is currently working as a freelance director, animator, and visual designer, collaborating on a range of projects including awareness shorts, adverts, and brand films.
Her work often explores social and political themes, aiming to shed light on voices that are often overlooked - from people she observes in daily life to those whose stories remain untold. Srishti is particularly interested in creating emotionally resonant narratives that combine sharp commentary with a sense of playfulness and warmth.
She works across a variety of techniques including 2D and 3D animation, digital collage, and stop motion, with a strong interest in mixed-media animation. Through her films, she hopes to create visual experiences that both entertain and enlighten people.
