Sophia Bendaw is a biracial student filmmaker based in Medford, Oregon. What started from a silly little iMovies trailer, quickly became a passion for filmmaking. She took on a directing role for many of her film classes, learning and expanding her voice as a filmmaker. Throughout her career, she has created small, self-produced films focused on the many emotions experienced throughout life. She has also assisted on many other sets, helping as a PA, Scripty, and 2nd AC. Sophia hopes to continue studying this art of visual storytelling in college, and she hopes to create and share stories that resonate with people long after the credits roll.
