Sierra Nowak, a Midwesterner from Akron, OH, began acting in theatrical productions at the age of 11. Realizing her passion for entertainment early on, she found her way to Los Angeles, California to pursue her career in acting and filmmaking. In Los Angeles, Sierra received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Southern California where she studied business and cinematic arts.

Since graduating, she has continued to work in all forms of media, both in front of and behind the camera. As an actress and female director, Sierra doesn't only want to tell compelling stories; her goal is to create tangible change in marginalized communities through the use of meaningful and sometimes humorous filmmaking.
