Shubham Thapa is a versatile artist known for his roles as a filmmaker, director, editor, and VFX artist. He was born on August 1, 1994, and raised in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. He gained international recognition with his Mini-Bots Broll video in 2020, which was lauded for its exceptional sound design and unique cinematography. The video secured the 9th position globally.
His talent was further highlighted through various achievements, including the Best Ad Commercial for Pro-aim Camera Slider, organized by MUSICBED. He achieved critical acclaim and commercial success with projects such as the Royal Challenge Commercial, Jaguar F-Type 2021 Ad, and BLEED FOR THIS BOXING Commercial.
In 2021, he established his own film production company called IncinemaZ. Under the banner of IncinemaZ, he recently released the short film titled "Further," directed by Shubham Thapa. "Further" has been showcased at prestigious film festivals worldwide, including the McMinnville Sci-Fi Film Festival in the United States, Lift-Off Filmmaker Sessions hosted at Pinewood Studios in England, TSIOLKOVSKY SPACE FEST in Kaluga Oblast, Russia, and the First-Time Filmmaker Sessions in England.
Early Life:
Shubham embarked on his journey in the entertainment industry as a dancer in 2009, participating in competitions across India. During his childhood, he drew inspiration from the world of Indian commercial cinema. In 2015, he relocated to Mumbai to pursue further studies and enrolled at the Mumbai Digital Films Academy. Here, he honed his skills in various aspects of filmmaking and also served as an Art Director during his studies for the award-winning short film "The Painter." He later had the opportunity to assist Vernon Monteiro and collaborated with brands like V Company, Feel, and World Dance League over a span of four years.
